I was an OR reg nurse for many years and so loved my profession, then I developed severe Multiple Chemical Sensitivities and 30 years ago it ended. This is where my love for quilting and making fabric appliquéd greeting cards evolved. I joined a guild and made bed/lap sized quilts but this wasn't my niche. I started designing landscape wall hanging and this along with my card making has become my passion.
I love people and to have a sense of belonging. This has been very difficult with my sensitivities, so I became am a member of Southampton Artisan Market. It is outside and meeting people, was a win, win for me. So looking forward to the Shoreline Artists.
