Donna Stewart

Having grown up in Wiarton, ON, Donna Stewart returned to the Bruce for a career in education, and second career running a boat tour business with her husband in Oliphant and Sauble Beach. Donna has found that recent retirement is allowing her to fulfill a life-long desire to pursue fine art from her home in Oliphant, ON. 
Donna’s life on the Bruce has led to a love for outdoor activities, the natural environment, and a deep appreciation for its gifts. That inspiration has led to Donna’s past authoring of fiction and poetry, and is becoming a persistent theme in her art.
 As an emerging artist Donna is exploring watercolours, pastels, acrylics and oils. She is an associate member of The Canadian Society of Painters of Watercolor and supporting member of The Federation of Canadian Artists. She is enjoying opportunities to study with well-known local and North American artists, through local and online opportunities.
