I have been passionate about art my entire life. Not surprisingly, my childhood obsession evolved into a diverse career dedicated to the arts. My interest in art and culture broadened and deepened as I expanded my understanding of what art is, and more profoundly, why we need it. How we research, display, and celebrate art and material culture is of particular interest to me. I create art to capture the beauty of my surroundings and the wonder of the human spirit. I work in many types of media such as watercolours, oils, acrylics, printmaking, and digital illustration.

I completed a Masters Degree in Museum Studies at the University of Toronto and an Honours BA in French Language and Literature at Western University and the Université de Nice in France. I spent many years teaching art and art history at the McMichael Canadian Art Collection in Kleinburg.

I am a graphic designer, illustrator, painter, and museum educator. When not designing and creating my own projects, I work freelance as a brand strategist. I divide my time between Port Elgin and Toronto.
